Our Mission is to unite and motivate people
in the spirit of natural horsemanship
for the cause of learning, helping others,
and preserving the dignity of the horse.

Equus N Us is a group of like-minded people of all ages interested in natural horse-
manship. We meet once a month at Freedom Farm in Port Angeles, Washington to share ideas and play with and ride our horses. At these meetings—which sometimes include potluck meals—we also plan group rides, camping trips and fun horse activities, celebrate birthdays and other significant events, and generally have a good time.

Our Membership includes a varied and eclectic group, and is open to all who share our respect for the horse, our desire to do the best we can in keeping our horses healthy and happy, and approach working with and learning about them with an open frame of mind. However, horse ownership is not a requirement—feel free to join us even if you don't have a horse!

We participate in a Yahoo Discussion Group to keep each other informed of interesting or important information regarding horses, horsemanship, local trails, and legislation in our State that might affect our enjoyment or ownership of horses. We also have a Library of interesting books, videos, and articles that we are willing to share with others.

Our Events Calendar is updated regularly, and includes monthly meeting dates and times, planned trail rides, play days, practice sessions, horse shows, and other events.
